What happens in a Hypnosis session?

The first session involves a through Intake:

• A Free phone consultation.
• Upon arrival we talk confidentially about the issues, prioritize your concerns, and set your goals. 
• The modalities that will be used are explained and all questions answered. 
  
  If Hypnotherapy or * 5-Path Hypnoanalysis is the primary modality, you then relax in a comfortable chair and experience a deep relaxation that allows the inner mind to absorb the suggestions given to make the positive changes and reach the goals that you want.
  
  
  If EFT is the primary modality, we work together as you learn and use the process to clear out emotional or physical stress.

Costs for private sessions

~~One hour sessions:    $100

~~Initial Session of Any modality:     $150 (1.5 to 2 Hours)

~~*5-Path Hypnoanalysis Sessions:      $175 (2-Hour Session). *see below

~~Past Life Regression: $250.

~~Smoking Cessation: 2-Session Program: $350 (2-hour Session.)
You stop Smoking after your 1st Session.
